      Most wasps nests are only used the one season.....just enough to scare the bejeezus out of you when you find it:yikes:

        Wasps made a nest in the bird house last yr,itd fell upside down so it was vacant,i left them too it,quite amazing how they build it :) but i dont want one in my greenhouse :heehee:

        Permethrin powder (all different makes) comes in a plastic puffer bottle and will get rid of them. You need the door open and to be able to run fast!

          They hate a wet nest.
          Wait until night time and they are all home and asleep.....then just spray with a hose.
          When wet they cannot chase you.
          When dark they cannot see you.
