Also this Digitalis canariensis (Isoplexis canariensis) is going great planted outdoors here. Not any damage this winter. Must be a perennial keeper IMG_20200406_171114.jpg

I think this is Leucospermum cordifolium - it's going to flower for the first time:

Wondering if anyone has any idea what could be nibbling my cannas in the greenhouse, are they prone to certain critters? This is my first winter ( bought them last summer) some stems are completely chewed through!
Also my ensete is suffering, it had a really bad aphid problem, any hints or tips will be gratefully received :)

Probably slugs @Loki on the cannas.

I usually keep a aerosol handy for greenhouse use on early greenfly.

I usually get aphids on my over-wintered cannas @Loki - in your case it sounds more like slugs as pete says. Look under the pots and especially under the pot lips or other places they might hide. It only takes one slug to cause havoc.

Give your ensetes a spray too, once they start growing they usually shake off any pests unlike Cannas.

Yes, actually not as strong as the Amorphophallus konjac.
