    Morning all,

i have a plum tree in my garden and have had it since moving in a few years ago. Every year at flowering/fruiting time - this time of year - the tree leaves etc start to die and shrivel up. The fruit just goes mouldy before it even developes.

i have attached pictures and would appreciate if you could help me to
    identify the issue?

i dont know whether i can save it or it needs to be cut down?

    thanks in advance

Looks like Powdery Mildew. I spray mine a few times early before the blossom has opened and just after it has set. I would take off the dead stuff then spray, water and feed the tree. Finally enjoy a mug of tea, possibly a cake, having done a good job.
