    Lonicera Henryi Copper Beauty. Noble.......PBR) - 265937

WWW can be so frustrating...tried to find who breed it and when.
    Apparently originating in the Netherlands

There is a list at Kew but cannot seen to access it.
There has to be a document describing it in every minute detail.

This site seems to have more info than most.....

.Lonicera henryi 'Copper Beauty' NobleĀ® (PBR) cont. 3L high 80-100 cm +p

I'm assuming the name comes from the young foliage? The flowers are rather different to the ones I saw, which had larger clusters (albeit still in pairs), and more muted colour.
