    Hi all.
So I'm a day or two away from harvesting some baby bok choi.
I had heard in the past that Bok Choi works as a cut and grow again plant as long as you leave a few inches of the bottom part of the plant in the soil when you harvest.
Is this true? Does anyone have any experience with this?
    Thanks in advance.
