Buying real Maple Rubrum October's Glory seeds

    Where can I buy real October Glory red maple seeds that will post to the UK?

    It looks like October Glory is a cultivar so I guess would not come true from seed if it can produce them. So doubt if seed is available. Probably propagated by grafting or possibly hardwood cuttings. Although I see Amazon may sell them but "Currently unavailable". Others may have better information.

      There are some seed available on eBay from Australia i don't know if that is any good to you.

      If you want to grow from seed I tend to think that buying red maple seeds is your nearest bet, Acer rubrum .

      October glory would probably have to be bought as a grafted plant as Blackstart has already mentioned.

      Try some of the North American/Canadian seed companies.
