    I really hope you get the right person on Monday.
    I did use 'my builder' once and i found a good tradesman to add an extention.
    I think they get varied types on there, but at least you get the chance to vet their history and reviews.

    Shame you're not close - I could at least have got bags of stuff out of the car for you! Any friendly neighbours you can bribe with a bottle of Beaujolais just to unload?
