For years now we have been getting a phone call wanting us to sign up for an Extended Warrantee on a machine we no longer own. We keep telling them, they promise to take us off their list, but STILL they ring up ever few months. Is there any organisation we can complain to? Caller protect does not seem to stop them either as they use a different number each time.

      I know what you mean.
We had a conservatory fitted some years ago.
Some months later i had a call from the same DG firm asking me if I'd like any more D glazing.
I was polite and said as all my windows and doors were virtually new, i would appreciate no more enquiries.
Every few months they phoned again and i started to get irritated..(Victor Meldrew)
Result, i left them a one star google review and i keep the house phone switched to silent.
All family members and friends have my mobile so it's fine.
Any un recognised calls on my mobile get rejected.

If you know who the company are you could try reporting them to the Telephone Preference Service.

Also, if you have access to social media or have someone who can access it then you can give them a bad report.

both only work with legitimate companies.

Tried all those things. And yes it is a legitimate company. Have blocked the latest number. We will see what happens in a few months time when they ring again.
