I did loads yesterday which was good because it's raining again today. I split hostas in large pots and put them in the ground. I'm fed up with the hosta dance (in, out shake them all about). They did not fare any better in pots than they did in the ground so that's where they are staying. It was hard work because of the tangled impenetrable roots but with a sharp spade and a butchers cleaver the job got done. Not the most ladylike job in the garden:)

Poor Dimitris!.. I feel sorry for him.. He didn't ask to be a cat.
Send him here if he's not loved.

... and all the cost and trouble you went to to bring him back from Greece and the vet bills. Does he ever get let loose in the garden or still in the caged area? He is such a gorgeous cat.

That's because they can both use the

the same technique and try to improve on it together, lucious:dunno::heehee::cat-kittyandsmiley::coffee:

I didn't know what I was letting myself in for. Hubby told me he would be like a dog. He is nothing like a dog! It was never about money. He had a genuine need for help so I helped him. I help any animal in distress if I can. I had it in mind that we would find him a suitable home in the UK as I didn't think He would get along with my rabbits. However, they soon taught him to show some respect :loll: and I think hubby always intended to keep him.

That picture was taken in the caravan, which is where he lived when he first arrived for a few weeks to acclimate and because he had a quite serious stomach upset. I had forgotten how scrawny he looked back then :heehee:. We lived there with him. He is in the house now. He goes for walks on a harness but he is absolutely not allowed to free range and go on a killing spree, which is what he would do. Cats have a huge impact on wildlife. RSPB state cats are responsible for 55 million bird deaths alone in the UK :hate-shocked::hate-shocked:.

I would quite happily give hubby away but no-one else would put up with him. I did suggest they both go and live together somewhere else and then they can put up with each other :loll::whistle:

If you give him stacks of food he might get a bit less frisky.
                            I think he looks lovely.
Our cat is like Garfield.. Chubby and too lazy to chase or catch birds, though i accept that is rare.

He eats an astonishing amount of food every day. Two meals a day plus snacks in between, whatever he can con out of hubby usually. In hubby's eyes the cat can do no wrong so Dimitris plays on that.
