        Assembled my garden trolley.

Watched a youtube video titled "how to assemble a garden trolley in 15 minutes"

Then took 1hr 30mins putting it together.

Have been sowing some climber seeds in the planters for the trellises and just tidying things on the front of casa patio.

T'other Half couldn't get matching trellis to do the right-hand side so got two pieces of cheapo (10 Euros each) and hopefully it will be covered by Spring. :fingers crossed: The Orange trees across the lane (actually that one is a Tangerine) had been pollarded and will soon hide the armazon/warehouse (where fruit is processed) in the background.

Well, constant rain stopped play today in the garden so I put a brolly in the car and decided to go and look around for a plinth, for a statue of sorts, when I get it. I went to several including Bridgemere outside Nantwich and was disappointed to find their collection of plinths were basically non existent although they had a lot of large, and expensive, statues on display, but they were fairly busy despite the rain. Also on the way was Dagfields, again busy and just outside Nantwich, where they were low on most garden ornaments and, again with no plinths whatsoever.:wallbanging: Tomorrow I will visit another place about 12 miles away and see what they have. On getting back home, and a Mug of Tea, I had a trawl through the Net looking for any bargains on bulbs and found a rather cheekily named site call "Kiss my Grass":hate-shocked::heehee:

Been back home today. Tidied up the back garden, dismantled the little plastic greenhouse to take to my mums, put weed suppressant down on the last bit of border and covered with stones.

Then been over to mums and Put the little greenhouse up for her. She was really excited and very pleased bless her.

Back at work 4 days now, so Friday and yesterday (between showers and strong winds) cleared two planters of cucumbers stems and roots, bagged up the spent compost, hoping I can reuse this in containers next year? Plans to move house to somewhere with a real garden not looking possible now, so container gardening continues :(

Tidied up potted herbs, both chives and garlic chives were infested in black fly, rest seem ok, it’s still very mild here.

Harvested garlic chives seeds from the flower heads picked last month.

Sorted through my seed packet collection and saved seeds, now know what I have for next year and what I won’t be able to sow in containers (swede, cauliflower, broccoli and brussel sprouts), any takers? Happy to post to anyone who has the space and can make use of them.

                        Tink
