    Guys,
The wife came home with yet another plant a few weeks ago. I do not know what it is.
    Can any member identify it?

    I'd like to know know..

    1) What it is, and..

    2) How tall it grows and where I could plant it.

    Thanks in advance

    Michael

    Hi Michael

    It is a Cane Begonia.

Mine is about 6 foot tall and because of my climate it is outdoors (has been for 19 years). I had the mother in the UK and it grew to 12 feet and had it in the atrium of where I worked. Their blooms are fantastic. Enjoy!

Sorry for the dark photos but I have to have it in the shade here.

Strictly a house or conservatory plant and as stated can grow to 6 ft or more (with support).
Side shoots can be cut off for cuttings but only in Spring or summer. It needs fairly light conditions but not direct sun.
