It looks like a Chrysanthemum, one with tiny double flowers.
So yes the flowers can be white, pink , yellow, orange.

    Try smelling it./crush a leaf
They all have a very distinctive scent.

Sorry to disagree Logan but leaves of Michaelmas daisy are very different.
Leaves in pic typical for Chrysanthemum.

Michaelmas Daisy ( genus Aster) and Chrysanthermum( genus Chrysanthermum) are both in the Asteraceae family.

The flowers are the same as a michaelmas daisy,I did have some a few weeks ago but decided to get rid of them, the flowers of a chrysanthemum are bigger.

Just think of the ones sold as Pot Mums.

Yes, the flowers can look similar to Michaelmas daisies BUT to repeat myself.....the leaves are very different.

Chrysanthemum plants also have a very strong scent..leaves and flowers...which Michaelmas daisies do not have.

Appleblossom31 your first pics were very clear.
Obviously I have failed miserably to convince you that your pretty flowers are a Chrysanthemum.

So I am adding pics that I took today showing the Michaelmas daisy leaves compared to Chrysanthemum. They are very very different,
                I hope this helps.
                Top .......Chrysanthemum leaf.

Bottom........ Aster dumosum Azurit leaf...common name Michaelmas daisy.
