It looks stunning, especially with the sun beating down on it, so lush and green and bright :thumb:

Absolutely lovely YDD. Is it getting your neighbours jealous/busy yet?, :) So nice, and we're having the weather for it now (in & out) so you did it at the right time.

Bob, it's the first time I've heard us called 'Newky', is it me falling behind times again? It's been strange here, one minute strong ( & I mean hot) sun, then the next clouds and rain. YDD is going to really enjoy your garden aren't you?

Have to have a barbie:) YDD, after all your favourite shop has been selling them chap(ish) lately, lol.

    cheers

The garden is looking great :gnthb:

Re the driveway: I'm sure there are people on here that know much more than I do (which is almost nothing) but could the white marks be the salts coming out of the bricks? I understand that this happens with a lot of bricks but didn't know it happened with the type they use for driveways. If it is cement then they can use a cement cleaner. Our builders used a cement cleaner on our patio slabs in the few places they had dropped it. If they do use it make sure they hose it down into the road as you don't want the chemicals on your lawn.

Wait to see what they decide to do. It may be a common problem with a simple answer. If they try to fob you off with a feeble response then don't stand for it and if you think you may need some help with wording a letter to them then I shall be hapy to help. I've been handling these sort of things for people for many years (as an amateur :)).

Good luck with it :thmb: :)

Thanks Shiney for offering to help with Writing a letter, Your a Star :thumb:

Its Deffinatley not the salt thats marking the bricks, I think there's a fault in some of them, they look dull and well, Cement looking when dry, Still waiting to hear from the Rep so there's not a lot we can do for now, just wondered if any members have had the same problem! Thanks for replying, appreciated.. Dee..
