Just a tiny bit tender if touching the point. No swelling or discoloration. Difficult to realise it's over and done with.

Daughter Amanda phoned our GP practice for some other reason, casually mentioned I'd had the Jab. Seems I'm a bit of a personality, as being the first from the practice to have it done.

Honetly everyone. Nothing to worry about.

They've announced the new Tiers starting at 00.01 on Wednesday.

As usual, they are unable to give a closer detail on the areas. If I enter my District Council on the government site it says Tier 3 but if I enter my postcode I'm in Tier 2.  The boundary of two district councils run through our garden but physically I have two ways to get to my district council offices. Both routes are through Tier 2 councils and we are actually in their area. None of our road, 2 miles long, is in the Tier 3 council but they maintain the verges and collect our rubbish. :gaah:

It's a historical agreement between two district councils as they have shared out responsibilities along their borders. Our postal address is even more mixed up. Our village postal address is not the village that we officially live in but have to drive through the village we 'don't' live in to get to our parish church. Our postal address town is seven miles away and our postal county is not the one we live in. Our MP is not the MP for either our District Council or the other District Council that our property is on. He is the MP for a District Council two districts away.

No wonder I'm confused most of the time! :wallbanging:

I think it is a case of if in doubt, go by the council that you pay your council tax to. Where you are, you are pretty well surrounded by Tier 3 from what I can gather.

Good evening @shiney my friend I don't know why you are confused:heehee: just choose the tier level that you know makes sense, here in the garden of England we have been in tier 3 and will remain in tier 3 for the foreseeable future, haven't been in a shop for 10 months now but then I never did like shopping :heehee:

Not that it makes any difference to us as we rarely do anything (but I do go shopping). To the north, east and west of us it will be Tier 2 and to the south of us Tier 3. So I have to stop the rabbits coming across the field at the back of us from getting into the garden. :ideaIPB:

We have now received a message from our local councillor, through social media, saying that the advice we should follow is that given out by the government website when you type in your postcode.
