    Just for you @Upsydaisy :loll:

You don't even need a light at the end of the tunnel. We already have people demonstrating just how much better off most of us are. I have not, as yet, been reduced to swilling liquor to the point of silliness and running around town with a snowman's nose .....:heehee:

Sorry, I just can't help smiling every time I think of that lady! :roflol:

I used to take Vitamin d until it was discovered that I seem to be able to absorb the stuff from thin air. And I cannot identify anything in my diet that is inherently loaded with the stuff.:noidea:

It is a good idea for most folks and with these shorter hours of daylight.

FYI: I hope you all know that vitamin D3 should be taken in the morning. Otherwise if you take it in the evening you will have sleeping problems. I was taking vitamin D3 with my dinner for 9 years. The result is I rarely go to bed earlier than 3am. I read that info about D3 about a year ago.

True, there have been people driving from London to exerize in our county 150 miles driving, we here see about 10 cars aday, i'm not fussed if they are just walking /running etc, but we do get people meeting up and no police to inforce the rules or any other laws or rules

I have been taking vitamin D capsules since mid December, a bottle of capsules doesn't cost a lot. We were supposed to be issued with vitamin D supplements, free from the NHS if you are high risk (application link below). But nothing has arrived yet.

Get vitamin D supplements if you're at high risk from coronavirus (COVID-19)

Interesting, I have had a few sleepless nights since taking vitamin D. I normally sleep like the proverbial log. So I'll change from evening to morning for my daily dose. Just taken my capsule now with my cup of tea:blue thumb:

I must admit, I didn't know about the vitamin D at night - we both are not sleeping great at the moment (although the four-legged alarm clock is partly responsible), so we will have to try it in the morning too
