After last year with the pandemic, lots of people (me included) have ordered early to ensure that they can get what they want. Lots of seed suppliers are closing their ordering sites in order to catch up with demands. Keep checking as they seem to be opening and closing online orders each week.

Never too early to order seed. Vegetable seed for this year ordered and delivered by Christmas. Perennials that need a cold spell after sowing ordered and planted by Christmas. Rest of the ornamentals ordered by end of January.

Thanks everybody, Id ordered my veg seed without a problem but for some reason did'nt give a thought to flower seed .
I have sent email to several seed companies and they will let me know when they update their stocks.
Though i cant complain as many such as the hellebores which need cold treatment I did sow in November which have come through . I just fancied a few different ones.
Chilterns still have a good selection.

Remember there are some excellent seed suppliers on Ebay. I have used Premier Seeds Direct and others for flower seeds and chilli seeds. Great prices and delivery. Never had a problem with germination :blue thumb:

Thanks Harry, Yes I've had seed from premier seed before but not from ebay, though it's quite a while since.
I'd also been looking at ''Happygreenshop.com" have you heard of this one?
I like to know where the seeds are from and prefer the UK companies.would appreciate knowing others from ebay which you have used.

I have used HappyGreenShop on ebay, very large selection. Another I used was NutsNcones, but this seems to have closed now.
