Not something I can comment on too much really, but it looks dead to me.

Hi @Appleblossom31 I have a few peace lily's dotted around the house. Mine do drop a little inbetween watering but soon perk up once watered. One thing i have learnt is mine like plenty of light. I have to have mine near a south facing window. Not directly in the sun but in the lightest area I can put them. I probably water once a Fortnite and feed a couple of times a year. I hope this helps.

It does look like an overwatering problem, I'd be inclined to oick it out of its pot, remove the soil from around the roots and repot in a drier compost.
Doing this also gives you the chance to check for root eating nasties

The pot it's in looks a little small to me. I would take the plant out of the pot, check if the soil is very dry, or too wet and adjust the regime. If it's root bound, put it in a pot one size bigger. Trim off any dead leaves, put it in a light position but not in direct sun as Jasmine says and leave it alone!
I have two Peace Lillies and they seem to thrive on neglect. Having said that, I've just repotted them both, after several years, refreshed the soil a bit and fed them. Both live in a slightly shady spot, fairly cool.

I had 3 but have just divided one ...so 4 now.
I only water them ( from the base) when they ask me to, by going droopy. My best one is in our north facing bathroom and it always looks good.

The one in our snug ( east facing) is a bit up and down at the moment and is still in bloom( has been since before Christmas). Not sure if it's just worn itself out to be honest!!

One thing I do regularly is to clean the leaves and feed it with Baby Bio..

I had one, plus a prater plant. Peace lily had been divided a few rimes. Both plant were aroun 25-30 yrs old. One day, 'Know it all Mike decided to give both plants a feed of Miracle grow. The miracle. Both plants exterminated. Well, perhaps not fully. I put them in the GH. Foliage gradually went. The odd crown is still green, so fingers crossed
