We have a limestone rockery garden at our caravan near Morecambe bay. Most plants I have tried disappear over the year, rabbits? The successes are lavender, box, Heather, hebes and ornamental grasses. I would like two stocky shrubs to cover the gaps. Any ideas on a
reliable shrubs for this sunny area?

    TIA

:roflol: Some of the Cistuses (Cisti?) will tolerate lime. If you get a sticky-leaved, aromatic one, that should put off the bunnies....What about Santolina or Helichrysum?

I was trying to visualise this rockery made out of old plates and broken cups etc.
I was thinking it must be a craze that I had yet to come across, some kind of recycling perhaps.:roflol:

Well I have bought a Helichrysum curry plant and a Pittosporum golf ball shrub. I'll plant them next week in the ROCKERY then it's up to them, they have two choices. :dbgrtmb:
