          Good morning @shiney and all my other friends are we all OK and raring to go of course we are:heehee: to day I am going to my local Rose nursery to see a close friend who used to farm but he has now turned all his land in to growing Roses approximately 10.000 its my utopia anyway I digress enjoy your day and stay safe:smile:

              I've done three hours of gardening and shall now have breakfast. My back will decide whether I go back out there or not but, at the moment, I intend to do so. :)

                Sadly yet another painful night for me, pain is so much worse in the dark hours,so it seems.
                Waiting it out until my next lot of meds is due.

                I have a Dopplar scan booked for tomorrow..half of me is hoping it reveals nothing, while the other half hopes the cause is detected.

                What will be will be I suppose.

                        I only did a bit over 5 hours in the garden so did take it easy :whistle:. My back doesn't really heal (was in hospital with back problems about 70 years ago) but I tend to know when to start slowing down to let it rest. Though it does catch me out sometimes. :noidea:

                            Good morning @Michael Hewett and thank you. Not too sure if I'll be told of the result today, but at least I'll be one step nearer to finding out the cause.

                            I'm not good at sleeping at the best of times either. I don't go to bed until after midnight ,then still find it difficult to drop off and I'm normally wide awake by 5:30- 6 am. At the moment I'm woken as the pain relief wears off ,trouble is it wears off about two hours before I can take more! I just come downstairs and play online Suduko and Mahjong to pass the time and to distract me from the discomfort..

                            Hope the rain clears for you, we're in for a cloudy but warm one again today, it gets a bit muggy when it remains cloudy all day.
