Your ‘Annabelle’ is beautiful Shiney. I think it looks particularly nice offset by the little purple flowers with the dark foliage in front of it in your photo. Lovely. I am going to focus on more white flowers from now on as I have too much colour at the moment and it’s not restful on the eye at all.

@glengarry23 your Phygelius looks lovely. We had to dig ours out (took a lot of work :phew:) as it was spreading like mad with root runs. It invaded a lot of the bed around it and as they were all perennials we had to dig some up, and replant them, to get the root runs out.

Thanks @SuzFlowers I'm surprised anyone noticed the flower in front :). It's Verbena Bampton.

It's not particularly showy but makes a nice contrast. It has been flowering for some time so not at its best now and is just one plant. Very delicate flowers. Not good photos

I also had to dig one out years ago because it was becoming rampant, growing up through the greenhouse floor and everything. If I had another one I'd keep it in a pot.

Funnily enough I was just looking at my phygelius, it's a small washed out yellow thing that just doesn't want to grow.
                      Yours looks fantastic @glengarry23 .

I got Achimenes misera from Dibleys a year or so back and have been very pleased with it, flowers well and it's just a bit different to other achimenes.
If anybody would like to try it I should have some tubercles to spare.

A quick walk around this morning before the weather turns and everything gets battered by the rain this weekend.
