          @shiney ,..@Michael Hewett,..@pete,..

          Yep a well rooted bush as we all found out,..though an attractive one,..sorry @pete that yours isn't doing well,..i have found mine has a love for water and wilts when it doesn't get enough,..as mentioned in 'My Cottage Garden',..i had the Lemon Bloom one and cut it back to soil level,..took a cutting of course and its coming along fine,..needless to say both bushes are captured in a area of soil 2 metres x 2 metres with a cement shed at one side and 1 metre flagstones surrounding the remainder of the area,..touch wood nothing appeared beyond the soil area since 2015,..yes touch wood :)

                      Exotic bed in the back garden.
                      The Butia dominates this bed even though it faces North, a huge spread but not much trunk

                              Nothing here as well tended as some of the garden photos already posted but added another video of what is in flower this month here. Been away for about a week so a bit of dead heading to catch up on but some plants still blooming in spite of the absence of rain for a while now.

                              Happy gardening!
