Apple tree ‘red devil’ - virus?

got this in post today .sorry it’s called’Tickled pink’ has red flesh apparently…
Do the leaves look ‘ok’ or is this a virus ?

Hi shane it looks like something nibbled at a leaf or two if it was me i email the company demand a replacement i wouldn't plant it in my garden

 

The shape looks really bad to me.
Looks a bit like scab, possibly, certainly not a good plant.

which company did you receive it from ?
