    I do know what this is, its not native and thought you lot might like to have a guess, its a tree that is suckering.
    Took me a while before I worked out where it was coming from.

        Oh good!
        Used to have one in old garden..it never suckered.
        Not many trees have bipinnate leaves .

          Hi John, unfortunately I cant allow it to grow to full size so it gets a cutback most years, therefore mine never flowers.
          Apparently the seeds were used to make a kind of coffee by the early settlers in America hence the name.
