BRAMLEY APPLE TREE DISEASE

do a bit of gardening, customer asked me whot was wrong with her apple tree, the apples are falling off ,brown and gone manky as in picture, there are other fruit tress in garden ie another variety of apple, pear, plum trees, these are not affected had a quick look on internet it came up with blossom wilt? your thoughts please
