      I really don't see the law changing in the near future.
      I haven't come across a single nursery or seed supplier shipping to NI from the mainland.
      DEFRA insist on plant health certificates which are silly expensive for routine seed and nursery orders.
      This sums it up nicely Why no sales to NI?
      Perhaps if only a packet or two you could purchase and send inside a birthday card to NI contact, should get away with it most of the time.

        I find it a bit of a joke bearing in mind most of the recent, (at least), new plant diseases in the UK have actually been brought in from the EU.
