Blackbird feeder recommendations?

I'm currently using an upturned hanging basket, to help deter pigeons from the blackbird food, but the pigeons can still reach it. What is the largest hanging basket you can buy or does anyone have any other ideas to prevent pigeons/seagulls getting to the food, whilst allowing the blackbirds in?

 

You can buy special cages for ground feeders, i think in the uk it's from t j wildlife or similar. There are two different sizes, you need the one with the larger holes for the blackbirds, larger birds can't get in it.
