Hello from Lancashire

Hi all,

I'm new here growing fruit, veg and got some flowers growing in our PVC grow house max and two veg beds in the back garden along with a few pots dotted about.

I'm Brad, i've just turned 32 from Rochdale near Manchester. I'm hoping to get an allotment down the line but there is a long waiting list in this area...

Does anyone know of any clubs or societies in or around the area. I'm keen to learn and would like some insight into showing flowers like daffodils and Chrysanthemums.

Even if any local growers would like an occasional hand with anything.

Anyway, i'll stop rambling!!

Hi @Bradley Fielden and welcome. If you google Rochdale+garden clubs you'll find info on a couple of community gardens as well as Rochdale in Bloom. Bound to be some useful firends and contacts to be made thru those.

Welcome to the forums. If you go to the allotments and have a chat with people there they will be able to tell you about any local gardening groups/clubs. There is usually an allotment group who sell discount priced compost etc.
