Does anyone use a heat gun in pour painting?

I enjoy all forms of painting, anything different I have to try it. I'm experimenting with paint pours and to form cells in a painting there are different ways. I've used a heat gun but it's only 300 w for craft work so this does not work . I'm trying to find one that is stronger . But to be honest nothing comes up stronger unless it's for paint stripping.
Does any one share my interests and can help please?

Are you just talking about painting on paper/canvas or are you including "solid" materials too ( glass, stone, wood, eg ) and using a particular type of paint ?
I enjoy painting but I haven't come across the method you mention.
Be interesting to hear if anyone has any info/advice on this.

I use any Acrylic paint and and a pourer to thin them down this can be water or a glue mix.
then its just a case of pouring them onto a canvas, or something solid like plywood. the idea is after you have poured your paint on in whatever order of colour ,the choice is yours you then tilt you canvas until you are happy wth the result , dry it flat and depending on how thick your paint is ( mine is quite runny) and takes a week to dry.

Admitted its quite messy as you can imagine and its important to cover your work surface allowing extra room incase of unwanted spills. and use the thin rubber gloves . its a pain getting the paint containing PVC Glue off your nails .

I am wanting a heat gun to create cells but I dont want to be burning the house down !
