Is this a form of blackspot?

Several of my roses are suffering with this on their leaves, is it some type black spot? Or I did wonder if it is because I spayed them a few weeks ago when it was hot with some type of black spot deterrent.

 

It looks like the spray might have damaged your plants. They look like they might have been very healthy before you sprayed them. What were you trying to kill?
The rose will very likely recover but don't immediately reach for the spray in the future.

But did you actually have blackspot?

 

It isn't blackspot or damage from the spray. I had something like that last year and @Mrs Hillard said she thought it was something sucking the sap in the leaves, may have been rose slugworm.

 

No I thought prevention was better than cure.
