Today I received an order from Whichford - 7 pots in all. I ordered them to make up for my cancelled trip to the Cotswolds in August as I had intended to visit them.
Having opened the boxes and disposed of the straw which they use for packaging (my bin is full, but there is still plenty blowing around the patio, along with the feathers from the pigeon that had a luck escape the other day) I realised that the biggest pot was not the one I had ordered. It was vey similar but a slightly different pattern
I rang them and at first they said they would arrange for their driver to come and swop them over. However about 30 minutes later I got a call back from them saying they would send a new one and I could keep the one I had received!
    Excellent service!
    Happy Katecat here!

They are the best terracotta pots I’ve ever had @katecat58. I have two which have box topiary in them, currently being destroyed by box caterpillar. I’ll be replacing them as soon as my bin’s been emptied of the box hedge I removed last week .

That's sad @Plantminded, but I'm sure the Whichford pots will still look good whatever you decide to replace the box with. I have lots of pots in my garden of all different kinds but Whichford are definitely my favourites.
