    I use Spybot and Adaware too they are still free for home use and downloadable from their sites and easy to use too

    Adaware is a goodie my son in law put it on my Computer along with Zone Alarm both free and very effective...not that I am very experienced...I still haven't cracked the photo thing yet but I will.Think I have Grisoft as well :D :D

    Hi all
    Quite a co-incidence that this topic has a 'new' forum as today (10th) have at last, fingers crossed, had my pc sorted out - problems ongoing since I first posted in February! Decided to call in a different man as other one couldn't find out what was wrong!!!

    I now have Spybot added to the AVG and Spamfighter already installed, which I am hoping will keep the nasties out, plus an extra 256MB of RAM Memory and my pc is at last performing as new! :D

    And also coincidentally, the person I contacted was a 'P C Medic', a local man.
    Never heard of the name before and now twice in one day!

    I run all of mine at least once a week & also, defrag it afterwards, it will run so much better & faster for it.... :D
