    AAHHH, it depends on the type of bird they are trying to attract.
    Obviously not the kind that eats cherries. [​IMG]

    Our ornamental cheery tree was full of cherries this year for the first time and we are only left with two.The rest either dropped off or the Starlings ate them :rolleyes:

    Lovely tree though Kedi :cool:

    Yes, that's what we thought Kandy, but how kooky can you get? Most people put nets over the smaller trees or scare-off thingies in the big ones.

    Perhaps it is a cunning plan.

    Everytime a bird lands on a branch to scoff the fruit a manic cuckoo springs out from it's disguised clock home to scare the bejesus out of the cherry eaters.

    Watching Harry Potter at the moment which may explain how I came up with the above.
