unidentified tree.

    can anyone help me please? i moved recently to n lincs and have a tree in the front garden that i cannot find the name of,it is about 12ft tall,brown bark,no leaves or buds at the moment,but it has what looks like seed pods similar to tea bags on it.i have tried local garden centre and looking it up on the net but so far no luck.

    Do the tea bags contain round black seeds?
    It could be Koelreuteria paniculata (pride of India) but thats a real guess, not much to go on at the moment.

    the seeds are small and black in two rows about 12 in each pod.i have some pictures but dont know how to put them onto message.
