Dont want them to get leggy, how do I look after them now.

So I can grow on my own plug plants for my containers.

They need to get enough light, this is a problem with early seedlings at home. Are they inside or in the greenhouse?
I bought a lamp to supplement daylight. February can be a very dull dark month.

Not really to do with the topic, but I had some trailing lobelia self-seeded at the end of the summer in a planter which have survived the winter(I covered the planter in fleece during the cold snap) and I'm wondering how early they will flower.
Some plants which were in a hanging basket outside the back door have been flowering all through the winter and although they look bedraggled after the recent snow still have signs of life in them.
