Who is going to the Gardeners World Show at the NEC next week ?

I drove past it! lol - was up in Birmingham for a day of work last Tuesday - saw all the signs for the BBC Gardeners World around the NEC (we meet at a hotel there) - but our day didn't finish till around 8 pm.....so no luck in getting there at all! Hope you enjoyed it

 

We were going but I'm confined to quarters for the next two weeksTypical!

Well it's tomorrow I go, and it looks like it's going to be lovely weather. I'll take the camera. Got some nibbles for a picnic....... NEC here I come !

Well Im back ! My feet don't belong to me :hehe: Im shattered. But what a great day it's been. I listened to Monty Don and Alys Fowler ( she is so nice and sat munching on raw broad beans like she does on Edible garden ) and loved the Floral Hall. Horticulture at it's best. I bought a couple of things in there, and also sampled freebies in the Food halls. Came away with 3 cheeses going under the splendid names of 'Little Black Bomber' ( extra mature ) 'Green Thunder' ( garlic and herbs ) and 'Amber Mist' ( mature cheddar with ..... Whisky ! ) I will add some photos shortly
