I ordered some plants from this company (worth£12) but they were unable to supply them:(. They have sent me vouchers worth £45 valid until June next year. This will mean I can plant out my whole garden for free and some extras. I know some members of the site are a bit dubious about this company but I think this is excellent customer service.:) Please don't tell me I should have demanded my money back, I just got a free garden next year.:)

    :luv: Hi Caj

We have the Tomatoberry here, grown in Portugal, and it's wonderful ..... looks like a strawberry but smooth and so, so sweet and have very few seeds.

I looked them up and T&M are selling them for £3,19 for 7 .. yes seven .... seeds ... :help:

I ordered a patio Apricot called 'Champion', from T & M. When it arrived it was very badly damaged. It took ages for them to respond to my email and I ended up ringing them. They refunded me and sent me a £5 voucher. I persevered with the 'Apricot' ..... and it has rewarded me with what will be 6 ........ peaches !!! :dh:

I've always had good service from, and reliable products from T & M. until this year.
Among other things I bought from them was a packet of seed for perennial sunflower.
The seeds just didn't germinate on two goes.
I e-mailed my complaint and got a receipt of message notice and nothing else.
I sent a further e-mail and got no reply.
Disappointing from a company with a good reputation.
I think I'll phone them. It's not a lot of money we're talking about but I shouldn't be paying for nothing !

I tend to think the trouble with T&M is they always seem to have to sensationalise some plant or other every year.
Its normally something thats been around a few years but never really caught on and they try to make it the ultimate plant for that year.
They make out landish claims on hardiness and ease of growth.
Then usually have trouble supplying demand or the quality is c rap.

If you order something fairly ordinary from them I dont think you usually get much trouble.

Its a case of avoid the hype, and beware.

Well, I'm just talking about a packet of seeds - nothing out of the ordinary.
I think I'm pretty experienced in growing seeds - but nothing I could do would make them grow.
Two e - mails later - no reply to my complaint.
Shame - I've always had good service from them before - but maybe that's just if you're buying.
