as per previous post - I have purchased 2nd hand a Eden Monarch greenhouse.

As I put it together ... is it worth replacing the glazing bead ... this is a slide in neoprene strip.

What is in there has probably compressed & hardened.

I can but it in 21m rolls.

My greenhouse uses the rubber glazing strip and after 'more years than I care to remember', it's still fine. If you feel you need to replace it, then 18 metres will only cost you about £5.50. 18 (or indeed 21 m) may seem like a lot, but believe me, replacing the whole lot on a greenhouse and you'll pretty soon use the whole roll.

    Hi,

I did the same recently and bought a second hand eden g/house. I only replace where the glazing strip was badly compressed or missing. In my case I couldn't get the exact profile as the greenhouse is now obsolete but found a similar product online (described as universal) through Amazon which worked fine. I can't remember the supplier but if you can't find what you need let me know and I will try and find out for you. By the way if you replace the lot I am fairly sure you will need much more than 20 metres.
