)This weekend B&Q are offering a Mountfield SP454 at £199 (MRP £249) and their sister company Screwfix are offering a Mountfield SP184 for the same price. i.e £199. (MRP£ 302)

Does anyone know what the difference is - the specs look identical. Is one a later model?

The Mountfield own website mentions neither model

Maybe B&Q and Screwfix are like PC World, having model numbers which are peculiar to them.

I once bought a Canon Pixma 1600 printer, a friend bought an identical printer from PC World but the model number was 1200 (not obtainable anywhere else).
