    Is anyone else watching this fantastic game between{Kimiko} Date-Krumm and Venus Williams?Despite Date having retired twelve years ago she has been back on the tennis circuit since 2008 and at the age of forty she has been certainly giving the thirty one year old Venus Williams a run for her money in this great game :yess:

    Looking forward to seeing Murray play again this afternoon though:D

        No it wasnt Val, but he was a 'character' which I dont feel we have now, its too much hype and 'winning' rather than the playing, the skill in the actual niceties of the game seems to me to have gone, and all it is is slash, bang and how hard you can hit it.

        I know, Im an old grump, living in the bygones LOL

        Good job we don't all have the same tastes in sport.:mute::DMind you i find watching a load of overpaid Prima Donnas running round a football pitch for ninety minutes mind numbingly boring but thousands of men/boys up and down the country love it and so much that they all have to pay fantastic prices for the strips for them and their kiddywinkles:heehee:

        Mr Kandy loves to watch the motor racing {practise and the race}but apart from they have big smash ups and tyres flying everywhere in slow motion,I would rather go and mow the lawns instead:DSome people like Golf,others Cricket and Rugby.At least Wimbledon is only two weeks of the year rather than practcally every week of the year like football:mute:

        Jenn,I seem to remember reading your profile yesterday and you liking three day eventing but now it has dissapeared from your profile page:scratch: :what:.I used to like watching it on the telly but lost interest when so many riders got themselves killed due to the configuration of the fences and the big drops that the horses had to endure.Another reason why I don't enjoy the Grand National anymore:mute:

          All the games I have watched today have been great.Missed Serina getting knocked out but hopefully it has been recorded,watched Venus get beat and now enjoying the Nadal v Del Potro game:yess:

          It will be nice seeing different women playing in the final on Saturday and it would be really nice to see different players to Federa and Nadal in the final{as if those two need the money:mute::D}

          Thankfully it is only on for two weeks as I am having to try and fit everything in around the games :D
