Pond Plant ID

    :) Hello, never visited here before but can anyone tell me what this plant is, please.

    It is in the pond of our 'local[ and this past winter they cleaned the pond and firstly beautiful yellow Irises appeared and now these ... no one has seen any of these (or the Irises) before, so if would be nice to know what they are.

    This is probably the Iris you are talking about Victoria but as I haven't seen a photo of them in flower,not quiet sure.Don't know what the blue flower is though as it is probably a species of Portugal...
