          1. cistus81 - delphinium staphysagria. Absolutely stunning photo somehow looks light and dark at the same time

          2. wiseoldowl - silky threads. A great all round photo, lovely contrast and a beautiful subject.

          3. wolfiekate - alium. Reminds me of a Trompe-l'œil, love the colour nudging through from behind.

All great photos though, some great talent on here! How difficult to choose!

So difficult to decide, I've had to write my choices down and whittle them down. You all have brilliant talent. Wish I had seen this before as I would've entered it myself. Next time I hope :dbgrtmb:

          1. Wolfiekate- Eryngium Picos Blue. What a beauitful subject, and the boldness of that blue- just stunning. I love how the structure of the plant has naturally made the composition. You have a very similar photographic eye to me :)

          2. Cistus81- Delphinium Staphysagria- Lovely subject there, you couln't have got the same shot again if you tried :)

          3. Daitheplant- Toadflax- Such rich colours, and this shot demonstrates it marvelously. They almost look like little pieces of caramel :heehee:

Welldone everyone. Brillaint thread here :)
