Monthly Photo Comp October 2011 Votes..!!

    :thumbsup: Well here we are again everyone.. The end of another month & you all know what that means.!!

    This is the more serious of our monthly comps where we see some superb photography.. :thumbsup: This month has seen such a good number of very interesting entries..
    Voting will close at 11.59pm Saturday 5th November 2011 ....!! :dbgrtmb:

    :WINK1: So all that remains for me to do is wish, everybody who entered... "Good Luck".!

    Users Vote Guidelines below:-
    1. Competitors cannot vote for any of their own photographs.

    2. Please vote on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place basis with 1st place carrying 5 points, 2nd place 3 points and 3rd place 1 point - Please give a short explanation as to why you voted for each photo..

    NO VOTES FOR 2, 1ST PLACES ETC.

    3. Votes should be cast within five (5) days after this thread starting..
    All members of the forum get a vote, not just those who've submitted pictures..

    1st....Roders....Autumn Lanterns. Good composition and colour.

    2nd....Hydrogen....Foxglove. I love the way the flowers contrast with the rather desolate looking background.
