Why would I want to pay £ 1.99 for something that works just fine for free, on my iPad?

 

The idea is that this gives members who own a smartphone the ability to use an app which they may already use for other forums

Tapatalk and Forum runner are great apps if your using a small device

But in browsing the forum tonight on iPad I have had to click off the offer to buy the app 5 times! It's really very annoying

Yes, I do, is that why?

 

Turned them off but no change.just browsing a few posts and it's popped up 6 times asking me to buy the app. Does anyone else read this on iPad and have this problem?

 

Hmmm I don't think many members do no, however our techy mentioned that cookies not being enabled would make the ad pop-up regularly
I will relay your problem and see what he says

Enabled them again and read/ reread some posts to see if it would stop.got about12 pop ups and a long list of jobs to do/ plants to buy/ etc by the end!
Hope you can come up with a solution,seriously.

 

I use tap talk and forum runner from my iPhone great applications.

 

Yeay! Logged on for a quick browse before work, got one pop up, heart sank, then no more! Have read threads for 20 mins with no problems, so whatever caused it, it is no more!

Better get up, all this lying in bed isn't getting the day started

 

But now it's gone back to how it was. Every thread I click on, I get the popup.
