I've had my bonds since birth and not a penny either Jack, I've kept my address up to date too. Yes, ERNIE definitely needs a kick!

I've had them since 1980. Actually bought up to the limit I could at one time, £20,000, I think. Used to get wins every month, just £50 or £100. Got a £1,000 win once and I remember crying when I opened the envelope. Cashed most of mine and all of t'other half's in to buy the house we now live in, so no mortgage, that was £25,000. I still have about £1,000 left but have not got anything to speak of for years, but I still keep them ... you never know, I still have the original ones.
