Hello, I seem to be having a nasty little pb. Last year no pear, no apple. On the pear tree many black spots on the leaves, some leaves and smaller branches would go entirely black and fall dead. On the apple tree I could see white fungi formations. The leaves were going all curly and small and apples falling before maturity. They are planted very close to one another. This year it is happening again. It looks like this is also spreading to other plants in my garden, my wisteria is going all ruffled and getting small curly leaves instead of long smooth ones. Same with my climbing ivy.
What is it? What should I do? :wallbanging:
    Thanks ahead for your help!

Attached are pictures of what this is doing to my pear tree:

    Hi Greg2013

From the pictures it looks like withertip / spur blight which is caused by the fungus Monilinia laxa. Unfortunately it is a widespread infection and there are no control measures. Removal of affected parts will help to lessen, if not prevent, reinfection next year.
