Morning Rosa, still feeling rough so will log off shortly.I don't fancy having this each winter but don't know what I can do now to prevent it.The damage has been done due to me being a passive smoker all these years,but funnily enough Mr K was the heavy smoker and his lungs are fine:p

hi kandy, pleased you went to the doctors and got something looks like its going to be a yearly thing now this bronchitis, weird how mr k is fine after all the smoking he did i find that bacci is worse than cigarettes its a lot stronger, our friend has been diagnosed with liver cancer doeesnt look good had his brother on phone given around 8 weeks so sad.hes a bacci smoker and drinks every day.

Its raining again and starting to get really windy here, thats ok though, it'll blow the leaves down the street.:D:D:D


Ohhhhh Shiney, you dont know how tempting that sounds:hehe:

In fact we watched a show all about England the other night on TV and it was showing different places that are a "MUST SEE" and i was telling my husband that i want to go here,here,here, here and here.....and all he said is.....how fricking long are we going for:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

I told him i wanted to do a Ghost tour in London or the Jack the Ripper tour, he thinks i'm nuts, he said he'll stay at the hotel for that......so if anyone is close to London and wants to do the tour, when we come over, let me know :thumb::hehe:

Seriously though, its my dream trip, i LOVE history and where better to go then England.

My husband has family in Scotland, so we may spend a few days there too....he just rolled his eyes :rotfl::rotfl:

But sadly it wont be for a couple more years yet though :dh:

I went and got all of our Halloween candy, we get around 100 kids per night :thumb:

I'll probably carve the 2 pumpkins that i bought tonight, or tomorrow morning:gnthb:

Sorry to hear about your being poorly Kandy but on the plus side at this time of the year you're better being wrapped up inside where it's nice & warm (with a good book too) than out down on the plots where more than likely it's damp & cold.....get well soon honey.

Was going to be The Wicked Witch Of The West tonight greeen face & all but I have a very special little Witch flying over to see me so don't want to outshine her or scare her for that matter.

I'm going to be a pirate instead I even have had part of my hair braided as well....not sure if it was the braids being tight or that fact i was so excited for Halloween but I didn't get much sleep!:D

Will have to start decorating the outside around dinner as there is quite a few stuff to put up.

Happy Halloween guys have an enjoyable night I know I will!:D

We had high winds overnight, so i have a little raking to do later today.

Good morning Shiney Rosa and everyone.

Thought i would pop on quickly to let you know that I am slowly getting better and last night was the first nights sleep without a sore throat although I still had to get up early due to my persistant coughing.At least the tablets seem to be now doing some good because I am now shifting the horrible stuff from my chest although I still get that burning pain when i cough and i am still a bit wheezy but am getting there:p

Managed to get Myrtle my car hoovered out yesterday although Mr K did a lot of it as it is going to the garage tomorrow for it's 1st MOT.I can't believe I have had the car three years,how time flies.Just hope she passes ok.I wanted to get her washed today but as it is chucking it down and blowing a hooley I will let the sky water wash it:D

I am just in the middle of cooking a chicken for our Sunday dinner as this is the first proper meal i have had all week as I have only been able to swallow soup:pMr K no doubt will want to watch the last Grand Prix this afternoon while I sit and read my Wainwright's Biography book:D

Helen and Rosa,hope you both had an enjoyable Halloween last night and had plenty of ghosts and goulies{sp} around.Mr K did the honours for me although he kept forgetting to ask about taking their photos because they all looked frozen to death,especially the little ones:(

Kandy glad to hear honey that you are starting to feel some what better it does seem to be taking it's toll on you but I'm sure the darling Mr.K is taking good care of you.

Yesterday was indeed wonderful 3 hours setting up time, 20 minutes worrying if anyone would come, 3 hours of maddness & 35 minutes taking it all down for next year!

We beat out record from last years we had 90 children this year & only one of them was a cheeky youth but as I never ever give money out he soon got lost!:D

The kids were scared & the adults loved it maybe I shouldn't have had the spooky music on the garden speakers but it does give out a great effect.

Sadly once again few on the estate got into the swing of things most came over to ours then went home & switched all their lights off...how very mean!

I'm really struggling to pop the pictures on here for some reason it will not allow me to 'paste' them on it's 'ghosted' so it may be some time before I get them on as Dan's away.

We were very lucky indeed Shiney that the weather held long enough for us to enjoy a good night because today is really very windy & wet not great weather at all for callers.Glad you enjoyed your trip to the theatre sweetie.

Rosa it's it strange your brother having the same birthday as me bet he gets the same old jokes as me nearly a wizard but not quite although Bob swears I'm a witch...the cheeky so-in-so!:D
