    Found it crawling along one of my pots last night. Might not be a pest but posted here in case it is. I was thinking perhaps a newly born Ladybird larvae???

      Yes it is a Ladybird Larvae, it is getting ready to pupate that is why it is white..

            Oddly enough i've just Goggled Mealy Bug images and the results look exactly like the image i posted. I thought Ladybird larvae were black with orange / red markings too before they pupate . Either way, there was only one of them so either there's not going to be too many Ladybirds in my garden this year or better still, not too many Mealy Bugs lol.
