        I've never noticed sheep exploding here and I'm pretty sure I might have noticed something like that. :scratch:

          When I used to live on a farm we had to be careful not to put sheep out on fresh lush grass
          as they would simply gorge themselves after the winter. The spring growth becomes very lush
          and they gas themselves if they eat to much of it.

              And calfs, they don't go bang but they blow up and if nowt is done they die, if bad you can stab them between (i think) the 2nd and 3rd rib (in calfs) don't smoke and hold your nose :eeew:
              and then stich up the stab wound after, or you can put a pipe down it's mouth but make sure it go's into the gut not the lungs

                    Zigs , it also depends on which clover as well red or white, red is the one which can cause more problems than the white clover
