I think France and Germany are getting a rebate.

Who is it that runs the EU:scratch:, oh yes.

    I remember now.

Jiffy has got the important point. :blue thumb:

By agreement, we are committed to pay this amount of money . The only way that Cameron can weasel out of it is if he agrees to pay it 'subject to seeing fully audited copies of the EU accounts'. That way he won't be breaking the agreement.

The auditors have refused to sign off on the accounts for about 20 years! :hate-shocked: Apparently they can't make head or tail of them and there is never going to be a properly audited set of accounts. Nudge, nudge, say no more! ;) :heehee:

Greece went through major austerity measures too and they too are having to pay for making necessary measures to cut the debt.

Bit like our MP's accounts then :heehee:

Just to put the cat amongst the pigeons :heehee:.

There's a possibility that the EU are using the Hegelian Dialect to cause discord in order to have full control.

I have no intention of going into the theory and development of the Dialect but its basics are to get two opposing points of view to a conflict where the most likely result is what the third party wanted.

If you want a few hours of research you can surf the net. :snork:

        This is crazy.

Looks like we (as part of the EU) are now paying off Ukraine's debts to Russia.

It was only about a year or so ago when TV documentaries were being made showing the prevalence of very fascist, neo-nazi groups in Ukraine, now it seems they're our best mate to the extent that we even give them free money to give to their (and now our) enemy.

At least if it was Italy and/or Greece, at least they are actually in the EU. Imagine how much the Ruskies must be laughing at us. We threaten them, impose sanctions on them, and then pay off what Ukraine owes them, money they would never have got back off Ukraine.

It only goes to show that the EU aren't the only ones slowly pulling the rug from under our British feet! When everyone else has sapped Britain dry, whose going to help us out. I can see them all running in the opposite direction already!
