This really was a difficult choice with many lovely shots to choose from. :)

1st........NigelJ.........Tithonia "Torch"........ This may seem a simple shot to some but it caught my eye immediately. The focusing is spot on and Nigel has caught the detail really well.

2nd........Wylie.......Geranium Purpureum and Hoverfly.......It's nice to see insects involved and I particularly liked the detail on the Hoverfly.

3rd.......Trunky........Pussy Willow....... Something a little different. Not easy to focus on and get a clear picture with something this small.

    1. Sheal - In the Pink. It makes me wish I had that flower in my garden
    2. NigelJ - Purple Geranium flower. A real purple is hard to find and photograph.
    3. Jenny namaste - Linarie maroccana. It makes a very small flower look big and inviting.

So hard to decide on this one. All the entries were such a high standard but here I go.
    1. Trunky - Waiting for summer. Aren't we all and the raindrop about to fall was a brilliant capture
    2. Sheal - Patty's Plum - Amazing detail and a stunning flower
    3. Roders - Peony Bowl of Beauty. The peak of perfection
